Making A Purchase

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. You can order by telephone, fax, post or online. All details are entered through a secure server when purchasing online.

You can browse our online catalogue, which is kept up to date all year round. There is a search facility online for you to enter a specific product code or keywords, which directs you to the matching products. You can also use this site as a guide to order over the telephone, by fax or by post.

Shipping and Handling

Your goods are sent and delivered by a secure courier service. We have a standard delivery of £4.00 for UK MAINLAND ONLY. Our standard deliveries can take up to 3/5 working days.

For more urgent orders a next day delivery is available which is charged at £8.00 for UK MAINLAND ONLY. Orders must be placed no later than 12:00pm Monday to Friday. Note: Next working day excludes Saturdays and Sundays for the next day charge. For example: orders placed on a Friday before 12.00pm will be delivered on Monday and orders placed on Friday after 12.00pm and on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.

We have a separate delivery schedule for Premium Rate Areas. These areas include Channel Isles, Isle of Man, N. Ireland + Highlands of Scotland. These areas unfortunately have a postage charge of £10.00 for a 5/7 working day delivery.
Please remember a signature is required for accepting parcels. If you know that there will be nobody there to accept the deliveries please provide an alternative delivery address.

 

Back Orders

Whilst every effort is taken to keep the catalogue up to date, if your item is not in stock, we will do our best to obtain this item for you.

You will only be charged when the item is dispatched and any outstanding orders will be dispatched postage free.
Privacy Policy

Swift Limited does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses. The address book is used and to store your details if you select the "remember me" option. You can ask to be removed at anytime by letter, fax, e-mail or telephone. Guarantee / Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased then it may be returned for a full refund or exchange, provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging unused at your cost.

Should the item be faulty return it to us and we will dispatch a replacement immediately.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving a reason. The 7 days starts the day after receipt of the goods. We will refund your money within 14 days of cancellation.

At present we do not have a free returns service. Should you need to return merchandise, please return via your local post office. Always obtain a receipt as proof of posting. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Providing you with the safest way to purchase is our up most concern. Therefore we would like to reassure our customers that all details given to us are held in a secure server that is encrypted. All financial transactions are handled using Paypal and you will be transferred to their secure server to complete your purchase using either a Paypal account or credit\debit card.

Once the complaint is received we will deal with it within 48 hours. If there are any delays you will be notified either by phone or post.
